How  TO  MAkE  PUFFY

Step 1 - Paint on the paper, wood, stone, fabric, etc.

Step 2 - Let it dry for 3 to 12 hours, depending on the thickness of the paint.

Step 3 - After dry completely, apply heat on it to puff up.
